Returns Policy

We operate a no fuss returns procedure which differs depending on the reason for return.

Damaged Items or you didn’t receive the item you ordered:
Damaged in transit or incorrect items received this should be reported to our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving the delivery. Contact customer service at: sales@laserink.co.uk
We will issue you with a returns reference number and details of the address for return. Initially you will be expected to pay for the cost of returning the item. We will refund the cost of the item plus return carriage by post.

Ordering Mistakes or no longer required goods:
Contact customer service within 7 working days of receipt of goods on: sales@laserink.co.uk

Commercial Organisations including businesses, religious organisations, schools and charities:
We will consider any request for returning unwanted items but there is no automatic right of return. We know mistakes happen and we will do our best to help.
If approved for return we will issue you with a returns reference number and details of the address for return. You will be expected to pay for the cost of returning the item(s).
You have a duty to take reasonable care of the item, retain the packaging where practical to return it adequate packaged. Breaking open any security or inner seal on any products without first checking by means of the product packing or labelling or the manufacturer’s manual, to establish they are suitable for your machine, will render an item unfit for return as we cannot re-sell it.

Personal Buyers
Items bought for personal use and delivered to a home address may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will pay for your reasonable return costs. Please contact customer services on: sales@laserink.co.uk
We will approve your return request as quickly as possible and issue you with a returns reference number and details of the address for return. Initially you will be expected to pay for the cost of returning the item but we will refund this to you along with the cost of the item(s)
As with purchasing from a shop you are able to check that the goods are suitable. Please do NOT return items to us without first obtaining a Returns Reference Number.
